Abstract

Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with optic nerve lymphomatous infiltration is generally uncommon. Undeniably, its resemblance in clinical manifestations across various optic nerve conditions makes its diagnosis difficult.  This article presents a case of rapid neoplastic invasion of optic nerve, orbit in a DLBCL patient, which raised diagnosis challenges of ocular toxoplasmosis with Jensen papillitis
